President
Serves as leader and key contact for the PTA. President at all PTA meetings. Coordinates the work of the officers and committees so that the PTA's objectives can be met.
RACHEL STUART
Treasurer
Organizes, plans and maintains financial records. Manages the budget, files tax returns, and ensures fiscally responsible practices by the PTA.
KANDI CORTEZ
Secretary
Keep and maintain records of all necessary PTA documents. Attends all meetings and reports the minutes. Assists with PTA correspondence.
SANDRA BILLINGSLEY
VP Memberships
Works to recruit and promote participation in the PTA through membership drives and events.
BRANDI TRAYLOR
VP Fundraising
Manages the coordination of the PTA's fundraising committees. Some of which include CHOW time, spirit wear, spirit events, and concessions.
LAUREN SLOVISKY
VP, Volunteers
Works to recruit volunteers from the HJH families and community. Promotes and coordinates volunteer opportunities throughout the school year.
NICOLE PICKENS
VP, Programs
Manages the coordination of committees for PTA Programs.
JENNIFER GOIN
VP, Hospitality
Responsible for all teacher/staff appreciation events.

Liaison between PTA, Parents, Teachers and Staff. Regularly update social media accounts. Write content for PTA newsletters.
JONATHAN WOOD
HJH Representative
HJH Admin liaison to PTA.

Grade Level Celebrations
Work with VP of Volunteers. Coordinate grade level parties, managing vendors and creating themes.
AYADETH FUENTES
Council Delegate
Attends Katy ISD council meetings and advises PTA.
BEVERLY MARSH
Chow Time Chair
Identifies popular snacks and food selections. Coordinates purchases, pickup, delivery and setup.

Concessions Chair
Manages HJH Concession for seasonal athletic events.
